Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
